Privacy Statement

All information collected from Highland Apparel Company including e-mail addresses, names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers and any other information is used STRICTLY for internal purposes, and will never be shared, sold, or in any way given to outside companies. We use phone numbers only to contact our customers about their orders. Those who have placed orders will be placed on our mailing list, as well as those who sign up for our mailing list. To be removed from our mailing list you may reply to any e-mail with "remove" in the subject line.

We do not believe in sending unsolicited e-mail (SPAM) and will not send e-mail, newsletters, faxes, or phone calls to anyone who has requested to be left off of our mailing list. The purpose of our mailing list is strictly to keep our customers informed about specials and changes that may benefit their businesses. We do not plan to send more than one e-mail per week. Anyone who wishes to be removed from our mailing list may follow the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail, or may send an e-mail to weborder@highlandapparel.com to be removed from our list.

Credit card numbers and customer information is transmitted to us over secure channels through our shopping cart. Only authorized persons have access to these files through double-password protection. Customers wishing to place orders without using our shopping cart may print out an order form and fax or call in their order following the instructions on the order form. All credit card numbers acquired for orders that are out of stock and are not processed will be destroyed, and not kept on file or in our office.
